What Is TradingView?

TradingView is the world’s most popular charting platform for traders and investors. It provides real-time market data, interactive charts, and a massive library of community-built indicators and strategies — all accessible from your web browser. Whether you trade crypto, forex, stocks, or commodities, TradingView gives you the tools to analyze price action and make informed decisions.

Volensy uses TradingView as the foundation for all 13 of its proprietary indicators. When you subscribe to a Volensy membership, your premium indicators are automatically granted on TradingView through our integration with Whop. No manual requests, no waiting — just instant access.

Note: You do not need a paid TradingView plan to use Volensy indicators. A free TradingView account is all you need. However, TradingView’s free plan does have limitations on the number of indicators per chart and active alerts. If you plan to use multiple indicators simultaneously, consider upgrading your TradingView plan.

Creating Your Free TradingView Account

If you do not already have a TradingView account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit tradingview.com in your browser.
  2. Click the Join for free button in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose your preferred sign-up method — Google, Facebook, Apple, or email.
  4. Complete the registration form and verify your email if prompted.
  5. Once logged in, you will land on the TradingView homepage.

That is all it takes. Your free account gives you access to charts, a limited number of indicators per chart, and the ability to search for and add Volensy indicators.

A Note on TradingView Plans

TradingView offers several paid plans (Essential, Plus, Premium, and Expert) that unlock features like more indicators per chart, more active alerts, and additional chart layouts. While these upgrades are useful for power users, they are not required to get started with Volensy tools. You can always upgrade later as your needs grow.

Navigating the TradingView Interface

When you open a chart on TradingView, you will see several key areas. Understanding where things are will save you time as you set up Volensy indicators.

The Chart Area

The large central area displays the price chart for whatever asset you have selected. You can zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel, and drag left or right to navigate through historical data. The current price is always visible on the right-hand price scale.

The Top Toolbar

At the very top of the chart, you will find:

  • Symbol Search — Click the ticker symbol (e.g., BTCUSDT) on the far left to search for a different asset or market.
  • Timeframe Selector — Choose the candle interval (1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, etc.). This determines how much time each candlestick represents.
  • Chart Type — Select between candlestick, line, bar, Heikin Ashi, and other chart styles. Candlestick is recommended for use with Volensy indicators.
  • Indicators Button — The “Indicators” button (or the “fx” icon) opens the indicator search panel where you will find all Volensy tools.
  • Compare / Replay / Alert — Additional tools for overlaying assets, replaying historical data, and setting up alerts.

The Left Sidebar (Drawing Tools)

The vertical toolbar on the left side of the chart contains drawing tools: trendlines, horizontal lines, Fibonacci retracements, text labels, and more. These are useful for manual technical analysis alongside your Volensy indicators.

The Right Sidebar (Panels)

On the right side, you can toggle several panels:

  • Watchlist — Track multiple assets at a glance.
  • Alerts — View and manage your active alerts.
  • Data Window — See detailed data for any point on the chart.
  • News — Market news related to the selected asset.

The Bottom Panel

Below the chart, you will find the Pine Script Editor (for creating custom scripts), Strategy Tester (for backtesting), and Trading Panel (for broker-connected trading). You can collapse this panel if you do not need it.

How Volensy Indicators Connect to TradingView

All 13 Volensy indicators are published on TradingView under the Volensy profile. They fall into two categories:

Free Indicators (6 total)

These indicators are publicly available on TradingView. Anyone can search for them and add them to their charts, no Volensy subscription required:

  • QQE MOD
  • Fibonacci Momentum EMA
  • EMA + MFI Auto TP
  • RSI RMI
  • Kenneth EMA Crossover
  • EMA25 Strategy

Premium Indicators (7 total)

These are invite-only indicators on TradingView. Access is automatically granted when you have an active Volensy membership through Whop:

  • Rounding Bottom Pattern
  • Order Flow Volume Spike
  • Momentum ATR Filter
  • ATR & SuperTrend
  • Three White Soldiers
  • ZL Trend Signals

When you subscribe to a Volensy plan on Whop, the Whop Apps integration detects your TradingView username and grants you access to the premium indicators. This process is fully automated and typically takes just a few seconds.

Note: Make sure your TradingView username is correctly linked in your Volensy account settings. If your username is missing or incorrect, the automatic access grant will not work. See the troubleshooting guide if you encounter “invite-only” errors.
