Volensy uses Telegram as the primary channel for delivering real-time trading signal alerts directly to your phone or desktop. Discord access is currently in development and will be launched soon. This help article covers how to join Telegram, common troubleshooting steps, notification settings, and what to expect from Discord when it arrives.
Telegram: Joining the Channel
Access to the Volensy Telegram channel is granted automatically when you subscribe to a Gold or Platinum membership. Whop Apps handles the provisioning:
How It Works
- Subscribe to Volensy through Whop using the link on your dashboard.
- Whop automatically grants Telegram access as part of your membership benefits. This is configured through Whop’s integration system.
- You receive an invite link either within your Whop purchase confirmation, via email, or on your Volensy dashboard. Click the link to join the Volensy Signals channel in Telegram.
- Open the channel in Telegram and you will start receiving signal alerts immediately.
Requirements
- Telegram app installed on your phone (iOS or Android) or desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux, or web version).
- A Telegram account — If you do not have one, create a free account at telegram.org.
- An active Volensy subscription — Free-tier users do not have access to the Telegram channel.
Telegram: Not Receiving Messages
If you have joined the channel but are not seeing new signal alerts, work through these steps:
Step 1: Check Notification Settings
Telegram allows per-channel notification settings. Your channel notifications may be muted:
- Open the Volensy channel in Telegram.
- Tap the channel name at the top to open channel info.
- Look for Notifications and ensure they are set to Enabled or Default.
- If notifications show as “Muted,” tap to unmute.
Step 2: Check Global Telegram Notifications
Your device’s Telegram notification settings may be restricting alerts:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > Telegram and ensure notifications are allowed. Check that “Allow Notifications” is toggled on.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Telegram > Notifications and ensure they are enabled. Check for battery optimization settings that may suppress Telegram notifications.
- Desktop: Open Telegram Settings > Notifications and Sounds and verify that notifications are enabled.
Step 3: Check Do Not Disturb Mode
If your phone is in Do Not Disturb or Focus mode, Telegram notifications may be silenced. Check your device settings and add Telegram to any exceptions if needed.
Step 4: Verify Channel Membership
Scroll through your Telegram channel list and confirm the Volensy Signals channel appears. If it does not, you may have accidentally left the channel. Request a new invite link from your Volensy dashboard or contact support.
Step 5: Check for Signal Activity
During low-volatility market periods, signal frequency naturally decreases. If no new signals have been generated, there will be no new messages. This does not indicate a problem with your access.

Telegram: Got Removed from the Channel
If you were previously in the channel and can no longer access it:
Most Common Cause: Subscription Lapsed
When your Volensy subscription expires or is cancelled, Whop automatically removes your access to the Telegram channel. This is the most common reason for being removed.
How to fix:
- Go to the Whop management portal (whop.com).
- Log in with your checkout email.
- Renew your Volensy subscription.
- Once payment is confirmed, Telegram access will be re-provisioned automatically.
- You may need to click the invite link again to rejoin the channel.
Other Causes
- Account flagged by Telegram — Telegram may restrict accounts that violate their terms of service. This is not related to Volensy.
- Invite link expired — Some invite links have expiration dates. Request a fresh link from your dashboard.
Telegram: Notification Best Practices
To get the most out of Telegram signal alerts:
- Keep notifications on. Signal alerts are time-sensitive. A signal sent at 10:00 AM is most relevant at 10:00 AM, not when you check your phone at 3:00 PM.
- Use a distinct notification sound. Telegram allows you to set a custom notification sound per channel. Choose a unique sound for the Volensy channel so you can distinguish trading alerts from other messages without looking at your phone.
- Pin the channel. Long-press the Volensy channel in your chat list and select “Pin.” This keeps it at the top of your list so you never miss it.
- Enable critical alerts on mobile. On iOS, you can enable “Critical Alerts” in notification settings, which will override Do Not Disturb mode for specific apps. On Android, set the notification priority to “Urgent” or “High.”
- Review signals promptly. Even if you choose not to act on every signal, reviewing them promptly helps you stay aware of market conditions and trading opportunities.
Discord: Coming Soon
Volensy is planning to launch a Discord community server. While the exact launch date has not been announced, here is what to expect:
What Discord Will Offer
- Community discussion — Unlike the read-only Telegram channel, Discord will allow members to discuss signals, strategies, and market conditions.
- Dedicated channels — Expect channels organized by topic (general chat, signal discussion, education, strategy sharing).
- Announcements — Platform updates, new feature launches, and important notices.
- Member interaction — Connect with other Volensy traders, share insights, and learn from the community.
How Discord Access Will Work
Similar to Telegram, Discord access will be managed through Whop Apps. When Discord launches:
- You will receive an invite link through your dashboard or email.
- Join the Volensy Discord server using the link.
- Your membership role will be assigned automatically based on your subscription tier.
Stay Updated
Watch for announcements on the Volensy dashboard and Telegram channel for the Discord launch date. When it goes live, a dedicated help article will be added to this documentation section.
Common Questions
Can I access Telegram alerts without a Volensy membership?
No. Telegram access is a premium benefit included with Gold and Platinum memberships. Free-tier users do not have access.
Can I share the Telegram invite link with others?
The invite link is tied to your membership. Sharing it with non-members will not grant them sustained access, as Whop manages permissions based on active subscriptions.
Will Discord replace Telegram?
No. Discord and Telegram serve different purposes. Telegram is for real-time signal alerts. Discord is for community discussion. Both will coexist.
I joined Telegram but see no message history. Is that normal?
Depending on the channel configuration, you may not see messages sent before you joined. You will see all new messages from the moment you join forward.
