If you need help with your Volensy account, subscription, TradingView indicators, signals, or any other aspect of the platform, this article explains how to reach the support team, what information to include in your request, and common issues you may be able to resolve on your own before contacting us.

How to Reach Volensy Support

You can contact Volensy support through the following methods:

Email / Contact Form

The primary way to reach Volensy support is through the contact form or email available on the platform. Look for the Contact or Support link on your Volensy dashboard or website footer. Submit your request with a clear description of your issue and the team will respond as quickly as possible.

Telegram Community

If Volensy launches a community discussion channel (via Telegram or Discord), you may also be able to get peer support and advice from other members. However, for account-specific issues (billing, subscription, access), always use the official contact method rather than community channels.

Discord (Coming Soon)

When the Volensy Discord server launches, it may include a support channel where you can ask questions and get help from both community members and Volensy team members. Stay tuned for announcements about the Discord launch.

What Information to Include in Your Request

The more detail you provide upfront, the faster the support team can resolve your issue. Include the following in every support request:

Required Information

  1. Your email address — The Google account email you use to log into Volensy. This is how the team identifies your account.
  1. Description of the issue — Explain what is happening, what you expected to happen, and when the issue started. Be specific. “Indicators not working” is less helpful than “The QQE MOD indicator shows invite-only on TradingView since yesterday, even though my Gold subscription is active.”
  1. Steps to reproduce — If the issue happens in a specific sequence, describe the steps. For example: “I log into Volensy, click Signals Panel, and the table is empty. I have tried refreshing and logging out and back in.”

Helpful Additional Information

  1. Screenshots — A screenshot of the error, the affected page, or the unexpected behavior is extremely helpful. On most devices:

Windows: Press PrtSc or Win+Shift+S to capture a screenshot.
Mac: Press Cmd+Shift+4 to capture a selected area.
Mobile: Press the power button + volume down simultaneously (varies by device).

  1. Your TradingView username — If the issue involves TradingView indicators, include your exact TradingView username so the team can check your access permissions.
  1. Your Whop checkout email — If the issue involves subscription or billing, include the email address you used on Whop. This is especially important if it differs from your Volensy login email (email mismatch issues).
  1. Browser and device information — Mention which browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and device (Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, Android) you are using. Some issues are browser-specific.

Expected Response Times

Volensy is a growing platform with a dedicated team. Here is what to expect:

  • Standard inquiries — Expect a response within 24 to 48 hours during business days.
  • Urgent issues (e.g., payment errors, complete account lockout) — These are prioritized and typically addressed faster.
  • Complex issues (e.g., integration problems, multi-system debugging) — May require additional investigation time. The team will acknowledge your request and provide updates as they work on a resolution.
Note: Response times may vary based on support volume. During peak periods or after major platform updates, there may be a higher volume of inquiries. Your patience is appreciated.

Tips for Effective Support Communication

Following these tips will help resolve your issue faster:

  1. Be specific. Instead of “it does not work,” describe exactly what “it” is and what “not working” looks like.
  1. Include one issue per request. If you have multiple unrelated problems, submit them separately. This helps the team track and resolve each issue independently.
  1. Mention what you have already tried. If you followed a troubleshooting guide and it did not help, say so. This prevents the team from suggesting steps you have already completed.
  1. Respond to follow-up questions promptly. If the support team asks for additional information, reply quickly to keep the resolution process moving.
  1. Check your spam folder. Support responses may occasionally end up in your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received a reply within the expected timeframe, check there first.

Community Support

In addition to official support, Volensy’s community channels can be valuable:

Telegram

The Volensy Telegram channel is primarily for signal delivery, but when community discussion features are available, fellow members can help with general questions, share tips, and offer advice based on their own experience.

Discord (Coming Soon)

The upcoming Discord server will be the primary community hub with dedicated channels for discussion, strategy sharing, and peer-to-peer help. Community support is ideal for general questions like “Which indicator is best for forex?” but should not replace official support for account-specific issues.

Note: Never share your personal account details (passwords, payment information, full email address) in public community channels. For account-specific issues, always use the official support contact method.

We Want Your Feedback

Volensy is continuously improving. If you have suggestions for new features, improvements to existing tools, or feedback on your experience, the support channel is also the right place to share it. User feedback directly influences the platform’s development roadmap.
