These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of volensy.com (the “Site”) and any related services, content, tools, member areas, and communications we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using any part of the
Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies we reference, including our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy (if available).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1) Who we are

“Volensy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to volensy.com.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3) The Service

Volensy provides trading-related tools and information that may include, for example:

  • Invite-only TradingView indicators/scripts (access granted/revoked based on membership status)
  • Trading bot signals delivered via Telegram (and optionally email)
  • Educational materials, documentation, dashboards, updates, and gated content

Service features may change over time, and some features may be limited by plan/entitlement.

4) No financial advice; risk disclosure

Volensy is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions, risk management, and compliance
with applicable laws and exchange/broker rules.

5) Accounts, login, and security

You may need an account to access parts of the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6) Memberships, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds (Whop)

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, you authorize recurring charges for the next billing cycle.

How to Cancel. If you purchased via Whop, you must cancel through your Whop account/portal (or the method Whop provides for managing subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated
otherwise at checkout.

Third-Party Purchases. If you obtained a subscription through a third party, your billing relationship may be with that third party and their terms apply; Volensy’s subscription billing/refund terms apply only to the extent they
do not conflict with the third party’s terms.

Digital Services — General No-Refund Policy. Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content/tools (including access workflows for TradingView/Telegram), all sales are final and no refunds are provided except
where required by applicable law or as stated below.

Limited Exception (Yearly Auto-Renewals). We may consider refunds for yearly subscription auto-renewals if requested within 72 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not materially used the Service during that renewal
window.

How to Request a Refund Review. Email support@volensy.com and include your account email and proof of purchase/receipt. Refund decisions are made at our discretion, subject to your statutory rights.

Effect of Refund (if granted). If a refund is granted, your access to the Service (including TradingView/Telegram entitlements) may be revoked immediately.

7) Access delivery: TradingView and Telegram

TradingView (invite-only access)

If your plan includes invite-only TradingView indicators/scripts:

  • You may be required to provide your TradingView username accurately
  • Access is granted/revoked according to membership status and operational processes
  • TradingView is a third-party platform; your use of TradingView is subject to TradingView’s own terms and policies
  • Volensy is not responsible for TradingView outages, platform limitations, enforcement actions, or account restrictions

Telegram signals

If your plan includes Telegram delivery:

  • You are responsible for joining/connecting correctly and keeping your Telegram account secure
  • Signal delivery can be affected by Telegram outages, device settings, blocks/restrictions, or connectivity issues
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery

8) License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription (where applicable), Volensy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publish our indicators, signals, content, or access
  • Provide your login to others or allow others to use your membership
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, logic, or underlying methods from the Service (except to the extent prohibited by law)
  • Bypass paywalls, entitlement checks, or access controls
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, fraud, or to violate third-party terms (including TradingView/Telegram terms)
  • Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe security

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the Service.

9) Intellectual property

The Service and all associated content, design, text, documentation, trademarks, indicators, scripts, and related materials are owned by Volensy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as
expressly stated in these Terms.

10) User submissions and feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or other submissions, you agree we may use them to improve the Service and for internal/product purposes. If you submit a testimonial or public feedback, you grant us permission to display it
(unless you request removal).

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not have the right to share.

11) Third-party services and links

The Service may reference or integrate with third-party services (e.g., TradingView, Telegram, analytics tools, payment platforms) or link to third-party sites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content,
uptime, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12) Availability; changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, or that any feature will remain available.

13) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • signals/indicators will be profitable, accurate, or suitable for any strategy
  • any defects will be corrected immediately

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volensy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of (or
inability to use) the Service.

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are restricted, our liability will be limited to the minimum permitted by law.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Volensy from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your
violation of any rights of a third party.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • your membership becomes inactive or payment fails
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

17) Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Volensy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

18) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and Volensy regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings relating to the Service.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
