Volensy uses Google OAuth as the sole authentication method. There is no email and password login. You sign in with your Google account, and your Volensy profile is created automatically from your Google profile data. While this system is simple and secure, certain situations can cause login issues. This article covers every common scenario and provides step-by-step solutions.

Issue: Cannot Log In

Symptom: You click the Sign In button but nothing happens, the page shows an error, or you are redirected without being logged in.

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Check your Google account. Make sure you are signed into the correct Google account in your browser. If you have multiple Google accounts, your browser may be selecting the wrong one.
  1. Try incognito / private browsing mode. Open an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N on Chrome, Cmd+Shift+N on Mac) and attempt to log in. This eliminates any issues caused by browser extensions, cached data, or conflicting sessions.
  1. Clear your browser cookies. Stale or corrupted cookies can interfere with the Google OAuth flow. Clear cookies specifically for volensy.com and accounts.google.com:

– In Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data > Cookies and other site data.
– After clearing, close all browser tabs and try logging in again.

  1. Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and script blockers can interfere with the OAuth redirect process. Temporarily disable extensions and try again.
  1. Check your internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can cause the OAuth flow to time out. Try a different network or restart your router.
  1. Try a different browser. If the issue persists in one browser, try Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Volensy is tested on all major modern browsers.
  1. Check for Google service outages. In rare cases, Google’s authentication services may be experiencing downtime. Visit Google’s status page to check.
Note: Volensy does not support email and password login. If you are looking for a “forgot password” option, there is none. Your authentication is handled entirely by Google. If you cannot access your Google account, you will need to recover it through Google’s account recovery process.

Issue: “Account Not Found” Error

Symptom: You complete the Google sign-in process but receive a message saying your account was not found or does not exist.

What This Means

This typically means you are attempting to log in with a Google account that has not been registered on Volensy yet. The platform distinguishes between signing up (creating a new account) and signing in (accessing an existing account).

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Sign up first. If you have never created a Volensy account, you need to sign up rather than sign in. Look for the Sign Up button on the homepage and follow the registration flow.
  1. Check the email address. After the Google consent screen, verify which Google email address is being used. If you have multiple Google accounts, you may be signing in with a different email than the one you originally registered with.
  1. Check for typos in your registration. If you believe you already registered, consider whether you might have used a different Google account. Try signing in with each Google account you own to find the one linked to your Volensy profile.

Issue: Wrong Account Logged In

Symptom: You are logged into Volensy, but with the wrong Google account. Your profile shows a different name or email than expected.

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Sign out of Volensy. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select Sign Out or Log Out.
  1. Sign out of Google. Visit accounts.google.com and sign out of all accounts, or sign out of the specific account you do not want to use.
  1. Sign in with the correct account. Return to volensy.com and click Sign In. When the Google account picker appears, select the correct account. If the picker does not appear (because only one Google account is signed in), make sure you are signed into the right Google account in your browser before visiting Volensy.
Note: If you use multiple Google accounts (e.g., personal and work), consider using separate browser profiles to keep them isolated. In Chrome, you can create different profiles from the avatar menu in the top-right corner of the browser.

Issue: Session Expired

Symptom: You were previously logged in, but when you return to your dashboard, you are no longer authenticated and need to log in again.

What This Means

Sessions expire after a period of inactivity or when your browser clears its data. This is normal behavior and a security feature.

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Simply log in again. Click the Sign In button and complete the Google OAuth flow. Your account data and settings are preserved. A session expiry does not affect your account or subscription.
  1. Check your browser settings. If sessions expire very frequently (e.g., every time you close the browser), your browser may be configured to clear cookies on close. Check Settings > Privacy > Clear data on close and ensure volensy.com is not affected.
  1. Check for cookie-blocking extensions. Privacy extensions like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, or Cookie AutoDelete may be removing your session cookies. Add volensy.com to the extension’s whitelist or trusted sites.
  1. Avoid using “always incognito” mode. Incognito mode does not persist sessions between browser windows. If you regularly use incognito, you will need to log in every time.

Wrong account? leads to Sign out of both, Re-login with correct account. Session expired? leads to Re-login, Check cookie settings

The Email Mismatch Problem

This is the most critical account issue on the Volensy platform. It affects your subscription status, indicator access, and Telegram access.

What Is the Email Mismatch?

When you subscribe to Volensy through Whop, you use an email address for the Whop checkout. When you log into Volensy, you use your Google account email. These two emails must match exactly for the system to link your Whop subscription to your Volensy account.

What Happens When They Do Not Match

If your Google login email is `john@gmail.com` but your Whop checkout email is `john.smith@gmail.com`, the system has no way to connect the two accounts. As a result:

  • Your Volensy dashboard will show no active subscription, even though you paid.
  • TradingView indicator access will not be provisioned.
  • Telegram access will not be granted.
  • You will appear as a free-tier user despite having an active payment.

How to Prevent This

Before completing your Whop checkout, verify that the email address you are using on Whop matches the Google account email you use to log into Volensy. Double-check both addresses character by character.

How to Fix an Existing Mismatch

If your emails already do not match:

  1. Identify both email addresses. Determine which email is linked to your Google login (visible in your Volensy profile) and which email was used for the Whop checkout (check your Whop account at whop.com).
  1. Contact Volensy support. Provide both email addresses in your support request. Explain the situation and ask the team to link your Whop subscription to your Volensy account.
  1. For future purchases. If you cancel and re-subscribe, make sure to use the same email on Whop that matches your Google login.
Warning: The email mismatch is the single most common cause of “I paid but cannot access premium features” issues. Always verify your emails match before purchasing.

Common Login Questions

Can I use a non-Google email to log in?

No. Volensy exclusively uses Google OAuth. You must have a Google account to use the platform. This can be a Gmail address or any email address that is set up as a Google account.

Can I change my email address on Volensy?

Your Volensy email is tied to your Google account. To change it, you would need to log in with a different Google account. Your previous Volensy account would remain linked to the old Google account.

Is my Google password stored by Volensy?

No. Google OAuth means Volensy never sees, receives, or stores your Google password. Authentication happens entirely through Google’s servers. Volensy only receives basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) that you approve during the consent screen.

Can two people share one Volensy account?

Volensy accounts are individual. Sharing accounts violates the terms of service and may result in access issues since sessions are managed per user.
