All Volensy payments and subscriptions are processed through Whop, a third-party payment platform. This article covers everything you need to know about payment methods, billing cycles, managing your subscription, viewing invoices, handling failed payments, and the refund policy.

Payment Platform: Whop

Volensy does not process payments directly. Instead, all financial transactions are handled by Whop (whop.com), a trusted payment platform used by thousands of digital product creators. When you subscribe to Volensy, you are redirected to Whop to complete your purchase. Whop handles all billing, invoicing, and subscription management.

This means:

  • Your payment details are stored securely by Whop, not by Volensy.
  • All billing inquiries and payment management happen through your Whop account.
  • Subscription status syncs automatically between Whop and your Volensy dashboard.

Accepted Payment Methods

Whop supports multiple payment methods, including:

  • Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks.
  • Debit cards — Most debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo are accepted.
  • Additional methods — Whop may offer additional payment options depending on your region. Check the Whop checkout page for all available methods at the time of purchase.
Note: Payment method availability may vary by country. If your preferred payment method is not listed at checkout, try an alternative card or contact Whop support for assistance.

Billing Cycle

Volensy subscriptions operate on a monthly billing cycle:

  • Your billing date is set when you first subscribe (e.g., if you subscribe on February 15, your next billing date is March 15).
  • Payment is charged automatically each month on your billing date.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
  • If you cancel, your access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Billing Date Reminders

Whop may send billing reminders before your renewal date. Check your email (the one used for Whop checkout) for these notifications.

Viewing Invoices and Payment History

To view your past payments and invoices:

  1. Log in to your Whop account at whop.com.
  2. Navigate to your billing or purchase history section.
  3. Here you can view all past charges, download invoices, and see your upcoming renewal date.

Invoices from Whop include the charge amount, date, payment method used, and the product purchased (Volensy Gold membership). These can be used for personal record-keeping or expense tracking.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management is done through the Whop management portal:

How to Access the Portal

  • Click the subscription management link on your Volensy dashboard, or
  • Go directly to whop.com and log in with the email you used during checkout.

Upgrade Your Plan

When additional plans (such as Platinum) become available, you will be able to upgrade from the Whop portal. Any upgrade pricing adjustments will be prorated or applied at the start of your next billing cycle, depending on Whop’s upgrade policy.

Downgrade Your Plan

If a downgrade option is available, you can select it from the Whop portal. Your access to the higher-tier features will continue until the end of your current billing period, then switch to the lower tier.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Log in to whop.com with your checkout email.
  2. Find your Volensy subscription.
  3. Click Cancel or Manage Subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancelling:

  • Your premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Once the billing period ends, your account reverts to free-tier access.
  • You keep access to free indicators, education content, and documentation.
  • You lose access to premium indicators, Signals Panel, Telegram alerts, and Strategies.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain premium access.
Note: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your Volensy account. Your profile, settings, and any data remain intact. You simply lose access to premium features.

What Happens When Payment Fails

If your payment fails on the renewal date (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds):

  1. Whop will attempt to retry the payment. This may happen one or more times over the following days.
  2. You may receive an email from Whop notifying you of the failed payment and asking you to update your payment method.
  3. Your access may be suspended if payment is not successfully processed within the retry window.
  4. To resolve: Log in to whop.com and update your payment method. Once a successful payment is processed, your access is restored.

Preventing Payment Failures

  • Ensure your card on file has not expired.
  • Keep sufficient funds available on your billing date.
  • Update your payment method on Whop immediately if you receive a new card.
  • Check your email (including spam folder) for billing notifications from Whop.

Refund Policy

Volensy’s refund policy is governed by the terms of service and Whop’s platform policies:

  • Refund requests should be directed to Volensy support. Include your email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and timing of the request.
  • Partial month refunds are generally not issued for voluntary cancellations (since access continues through the end of the billing period).
  • If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access, contact support as soon as possible with details.
Warning: If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a payment, contact Volensy support immediately rather than filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in your account being suspended.

Currency Information

Pricing is displayed in the currency set by the Volensy Whop product page (typically USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees if your card is denominated in a different currency. These fees are set by your financial institution, not by Volensy or Whop.

Common Billing Questions

I was charged but my dashboard still shows no subscription.

This is almost always caused by an email mismatch. Your Whop checkout email must exactly match your Google login email on Volensy. If they differ, the systems cannot link your payment to your account. Contact support with both email addresses to resolve this.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Whop may offer a pause option depending on platform features. Check the Whop management portal for your subscription options. If pausing is not available, you can cancel and re-subscribe later.

How do I get a receipt for my payment?

Log in to whop.com and navigate to your billing history. You can view and download receipts for all past payments.
