Volensy offers membership plans designed to give traders the tools and insights they need. Whether you are just exploring the platform or ready to commit to a full trading toolkit, this guide explains what each plan includes, how to subscribe, and what to expect after you join.

Plan Overview

Volensy currently offers two membership tiers. The Gold plan is active and available now. The Platinum plan is in development and will launch in the near future.

Gold Plan (Active)

The Gold plan is Volensy’s core membership. It unlocks the full suite of trading tools, indicators, and real-time signals. Here is everything included:

TradingView Indicators

• Access to all 7 premium Volensy indicators on TradingView, in addition to the 6 free indicators available to everyone. That is 13 indicators total covering momentum, trend, volume, and pattern-based strategies.
• Each indicator includes built-in buy/sell signals, an info panel with real-time performance stats, and customizable settings.

Real-Time Telegram Alerts

• Receive automated buy and sell signal alerts delivered instantly to your phone via the Volensy Telegram channel.
• Alerts include the market, direction (Long or Short), strategy name, entry price, take profit levels, and stop loss.
• Signals arrive the moment they are generated, keeping you informed without needing to monitor charts constantly.

Weekly Strategy Insights

• Curated weekly analysis and strategy content delivered through the dashboard.
• Covers market conditions, featured indicator setups, and trade ideas based on current trends.
• Designed to help you apply Volensy tools more effectively week over week.

Premium Dashboard Content

• Full access to all dashboard sections including the Signals Panel, Education content, and Documentation.
• Premium education articles and strategy guides tailored for active traders.
• Priority access to new features and tools as they are released.

Signals Panel Access

• Full access to the Signals Panel, a live table of automated trading signals with 11 data columns.
• Filter signals by market, strategy, timeframe, direction, status, result, and date range.
• Review historical signal performance to evaluate strategies before trading.

Platinum Plan (Coming Soon)

The Platinum plan will be Volensy’s premium tier, offering everything in Gold plus additional advanced features. While the full feature list is still being finalized, expect enhancements such as:

• Advanced backtesting tools via the Backtest Suite
• Exclusive indicator configurations and presets
• Priority support and direct access to the Volensy team
• Additional alert channels and notification options
• Early access to experimental features and beta tools

We will announce the Platinum plan launch with full details through the dashboard and Telegram channel. If you are a Gold member, you will be the first to know.

How to Subscribe

Volensy uses Whop as its payment and membership management platform. Here is how to subscribe to the Gold plan:

1. Log in to Volensy with your Google account.
2. Navigate to the Plans or Membership section from your dashboard sidebar.
3. Click Subscribe on the Gold plan card.
4. You will be redirected to Whop’s checkout page.
5. Complete your purchase using your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, or other options available on Whop).
6. After payment confirmation, you will be redirected back to Volensy.
7. Your dashboard will reflect your Gold membership status immediately.

The entire process takes less than two minutes.

The Email Matching Requirement

This is the single most important detail when subscribing:

Here is why this matters. Volensy identifies your account by your Google login email. When you purchase a membership on Whop, Whop sends a webhook to Volensy containing your checkout email. Volensy matches that email against existing user profiles to determine which account should receive premium access. If the emails differ, the system cannot make the connection.

What to Do If Your Emails Don’t Match

If you accidentally used a different email on Whop than your Volensy login:

1. Check your Whop account settings to see which email is associated with your purchase.
2. If possible, update your Whop email to match your Google login email.
3. If you cannot resolve it yourself, contact Volensy support through the Help Center with both email addresses and your Whop receipt. The team will manually link your membership.

What Happens After You Subscribe

Once your payment is confirmed on Whop, several things happen automatically:

• Whop sends a webhook to Volensy’s backend confirming your purchase.
• Supabase records your membership status, plan type, and expiration date.
• WordPress updates your user role, unlocking premium content and features on the dashboard.
• TradingView indicator access is provisioned, granting you access to the 7 premium indicators (you may need to refresh TradingView or wait a few minutes for this to propagate).
• Telegram channel access is available through the invite link provided in your dashboard.

You do not need to manually activate anything. The sync is automatic and typically completes within a few seconds of payment.

Managing Your Subscription

Your membership is managed through Whop. From your Whop account, you can:

• View your active subscription and billing cycle.
• Update your payment method if your card changes.
• Cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Resubscribe if you previously cancelled. Your Volensy account will reactivate once the new payment is confirmed.

Free vs. Gold: What’s Available Without a Membership

Even without a membership, your free Volensy account gives you access to:

• 6 free TradingView indicators from the Volensy collection.
• Public documentation — the entire knowledge base you are reading now.
• Basic dashboard access — view the dashboard layout and navigation.
• Public education content — selected beginner-level articles.

The Gold plan adds the premium indicators, real-time Telegram alerts, the Signals Panel, weekly strategy insights, and the full education library. If you are serious about using Volensy’s tools for your trading, Gold is where the value is.
