If you are an active Volensy subscriber, this guide answers the most common questions about navigating your dashboard, accessing premium content, managing your subscription, and setting up integrations like TradingView and Telegram. If you cannot find what you need here, check the specific help articles linked throughout or contact support.
Navigating Your Dashboard
After logging in at volensy.com, you land on your dashboard home page. The left sidebar navigation provides quick access to every section of the platform:
- Dashboard — Your home page with an overview of your account status and recent updates.
- Signals Panel — The live table of automated buy/sell trading signals.
- Education — The full library of trading education articles organized by difficulty level.
- Strategies — Curated trading strategies with performance data and complete trading plans.
- Documentation — The knowledge base you are reading right now.
- TradingView Indicators — Information and access details for all 13 Volensy indicators.
Your Google profile avatar appears in the top-right corner, confirming you are logged in. Click it to access your profile settings.

Accessing Premium Content
As a Gold or Platinum member, you have full access to all premium content on the platform. Premium content includes:
- Premium TradingView indicators — 7 exclusive indicators in addition to the 6 free indicators available to everyone.
- Full Education Library — All articles across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks.
- Trading Strategies — Complete strategy library with detailed setups and performance data.
- Signals Panel — Full access to the automated signals table with real-time data.
- Telegram Alerts — Real-time signal notifications delivered directly to your phone.
If you see a locked icon or “premium” badge on content you should have access to, this usually indicates a sync issue. Try logging out and back in. If the problem persists, check your plan status (see below) or contact support.
Checking Your Plan Status
Your current membership plan is displayed on your dashboard home page. To verify your subscription status:
- Go to your Dashboard home page.
- Look for the membership status section, which shows your plan name (Gold or Platinum) and status (Active, Expired, etc.).
- If your status shows as “Active,” all premium features should be available.
If your status shows as inactive or expired, your Whop subscription may have lapsed. See the renewal section below.
Renewing Your Subscription
Volensy memberships are managed through Whop. If your subscription has expired or you need to make changes:
- Visit the Whop management portal (accessible from the link on your dashboard or directly at whop.com).
- Log in with the same email you used for your original purchase.
- From the portal, you can renew, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
- Once renewed, your Volensy dashboard will update automatically (allow a few minutes for sync).

Setting Up TradingView Access
Your Gold membership grants access to all 7 premium Volensy indicators on TradingView. Access is provisioned automatically through Whop Apps:
- Ensure your TradingView username is linked — During onboarding or on your dashboard, you will have entered your TradingView username. This is how Volensy grants indicator access to your TradingView account.
- Open TradingView and navigate to any chart.
- Click the Indicators button at the top of the chart and search for “Volensy.”
- Add any Volensy indicator — Premium indicators should be accessible without an “invite-only” restriction.
If indicators show as “invite-only” despite having an active membership, check the following:
- Your TradingView username is correctly entered on your Volensy profile.
- Your subscription is active (check plan status on dashboard).
- Allow up to 15 minutes after subscribing for access to be provisioned.

Setting Up Telegram Access
Real-time trading signal alerts are delivered via Telegram. Access is granted automatically through Whop Apps when your subscription is active:
- Install Telegram on your phone if you have not already.
- Click the Telegram invite link provided in your dashboard or in the welcome email after subscribing.
- Join the Volensy Signals channel.
- Enable notifications for the channel so you receive alerts instantly.
If you were removed from the channel, your subscription may have lapsed. Renew your membership through Whop, and you will regain access.

Common Member Questions
I subscribed but cannot see premium content. What do I do?
First, check your plan status on the dashboard. If it shows “Active,” try logging out and back in. If it shows inactive, verify your subscription on Whop. If everything looks correct but the issue persists, the most common cause is an email mismatch between your Google login and Whop checkout. Contact support with both email addresses so the team can link your accounts.
How do I change my membership plan?
All plan changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) are handled through the Whop management portal. Visit whop.com, log in, and manage your subscription from there. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
Can I use Volensy on mobile?
Yes. The Volensy dashboard is web-based and works in any modern mobile browser. TradingView also has a mobile app where Volensy indicators work the same as on desktop. Telegram alerts are natively mobile.
How do I update my profile information?
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard. From the profile menu, you can view your account details. Since Volensy uses Google OAuth, your name and profile picture are pulled from your Google account.
Where can I see my trade history and signals?
The Signals Panel shows all automated signals. Use the filters at the top to search by market, strategy, date, direction, and status. Each signal entry shows entry price, exit price, PnL, and result.
