Description

The Volensy QQE MOD Indicator is a momentum-based signal and trend detection tool that uses a refined Quantitative Qualitative Estimation (QQE) logic with enhanced smoothing and signal clarity. It comes equipped with a live info panel, entry labels, bar coloring, and alerts for precise, real-time decision-making.

Indicators & Logic Used

  • RSI-Based QQE Core: Built from a smoothed RSI (Relative Strength Index) and double EMA structure
  • Smoothing Factor (EMA): Configurable for adjusting signal sensitivity
  • TP/SL Framework: Integrates with take-profit and stop-loss planning (% based)
  • Momentum Threshold Filter: Prevents weak or neutral entries

Signal Logic

Long Entry:

  • QQE Line crosses above Signal Line
  • QQE value is below 10 (strong upward momentum shift)

Short Entry:

  • QQE Line crosses below Signal Line
  • QQE value is above 10 (strong downward momentum shift)

Each signal is visually marked on the chart with a green “LONG” label below the candle, a red “SHORT” label above the candle, and faded candle coloring for signal confirmation.

Info Panel Features

  • Real-time QQE & Signal values
  • Last signal direction (LONG / SHORT)
  • Bar index of the last signal
  • Configured Take Profit (TP%) and Stop Loss (SL%) parameters
  • Background dynamically color-coded based on current signal bias

Settings & Parameters

  • RSI Period (default: 34)
  • Smoothing Factor (default: 5.0)
  • Take Profit % (default: 0.5%)
  • Stop Loss % (default: 2%)
